Akron Zoo: A Pathways Collaborative project with partners Terry O’Connor and Nancy Hotchkiss to prepare a comprehensive interpretive master plan informed by extensive internal and external audience input and multi-departmental discussions.
Birch Aquarium: In collaboration with Terry O’Connor, LLC, an interpretive experiences plan that assists the Education, Exhibit Design, and Guest Services teams with collaboration and efficiency.
Henry Vilas Zoo: Organization-wide interpretive master plan centered on empathy for wildlife.
Omaha’s Henry Doorly Zoo & Aquarium: A Pathways Collaborative project with partners Terry O’Connor and Julie Henry to develop and implement an organization-wide interpretive plan. Served as evaluation lead to conduct onsite and online message testing.
