Children & Nature Network: Customized training for environmental educators in Hong Kong and China. Professional development and capacity building through five international workshops involving over 230 individuals, followed by nine months of support through webinars, Skype calls, and email, and the development of culturally-relevant tools and communications on the benefits of unstructured nature play.

Columbus Zoo & Aquarium and the Wilds:  Professional development workshops for 25 staff covering identification of conservation outcomes, the 5E model of curriculum development, and action research methods.

John Ball Zoo: Evaluation training workshop for staff to build internal capacity for front-end, formative, and summative program evaluation.

Northwest Trek: Virtual training for naturalists and keeper staff to increase empathy messaging in tours and keeper chats.

Oregon Coast Aquarium: Interpretive planning guidance during reconstruction of four exhibit galleries, coordinating an advisory team of Terry O’Connor Consulting, LLC, Ramberg Works, and Emily Routman Consulting.

Phoenix Zoo: Develop of an Education Evaluation Plan, design of bespoke evaluation instruments, and training workshops to support internal evaluation.

Polar Bears International:  Staff training on effective climate communications. Extensive revisions to the online training module used for the Climate Alliance Program and in-person capacity building for communicating about climate change during the 2016, 2018, and 2019 Climate Alliance experience.
